The lovely balcony view towards the harbor and the helpful reception staff made us feel immediately welcomed. The in-unit washer/dryer was a lifesaver after weeks of travel.

Beware the discrepancies between room bookings, you might end up disappointed with a lower-level apartment offering sub-par views!!! Internally, cleanliness requires attention, especially around windows and appliances!!!

Stunning views with a few quirks

Our large apartment greeted us each morning with a beautiful view of the tower and harbor. The helpful reception staff made our stay feel extra welcoming, and the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions.

However, the minor hiccups included a slight leak from the shower door, resulting in a damp bathmat, and a crack in the lavatory sink, which needed attention. These inconveniences were a bit unexpected for such a nice place.

The view was beautiful, waking up every morning

to that captivating sight on the balcony was truly magical. I loved the spacious bathroom and the luxurious tub. The only downside was the lack of dining services, which was disappointing when we arrived tired after a long drive.

The hotel features a fantastic location at the edge of the park, with easy access to cafes and shops. Our suite had beautiful city views, a fully equipped kitchenette, and ample space to relax after exploring the area.

The bed could have been more comfortable, which affected our sleep quality.

avani's location is perfect, just a few minutes down the hill from britomart and queen street. the one-bedroom suite was massive, probably the biggest hotel apartment i've seen at this price. plus, the fitness center and pool were great for relaxing after a day out.

The harbour view from the One-Bedroom Suite was a highlight, offering a breathtaking sight during both day and night. The compact kitchen was impressively equipped, complete with a dishwasher, making meal prep convenient. Despite the pleasant aspects, a downside was the long wait at check-in, which took about 15 minutes. Additionally, parking fees were on the higher side at $30 a night. Overall, a very enjoyable stay with a few minor inconveniences.
